Frequently asked questions
Do you work with multinational companies?
Yes. We work with in-house legal, finance and credit teams of mid-size and large companies, including subsidiaries of foreign groups, and with their outside counsel in Mexico City or abroad.
Can you handle accounts outside Jalisco?
Yes. We coordinate from Guadalajara and work with correspondent lawyers in other Mexican states, with a single point of contact and one reporting format.
Do you communicate in English?
Our team can communicate in English by email and review English-language contracts. Court filings in Mexico are made in Spanish.
Do you guarantee recovery?
No. Recovery depends on the documents, the statutes of limitation, the courts and whether the debtor has assets. We give you an honest assessment before acting.
